Tara has been an ASHA certified and State of Maryland licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for over 30 years. She specializes in working with children 1 to 6 years of age (early intervention).
Tara provides in-person therapy in and around Howard County and teletherapy services throughout Maryland and Florida (Florida Telehealth).
Tara is a neurodiversity affirming, NLA and Sensory Trained Speech Language Pathologist. She utilizes a child-led, play-based, therapy approach to personalize treatment sessions for each child.
As a yoga teacher...
Tara teaches yoga to children with a variety of developmental delays, as well as to typically developing children. She combines her expertise in early language and literacy development with engaging activities to teach children yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation skills.
Tara is certified in “Kidding Around YogaTM.” Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) is a style of Yoga that was created by Haris Lender, ERYT 500.
